WORK HISTORY
Vocational Trainer @HIT Training
London, GB
As a Vocational Trainer, I operate across multiple sectors within the City of London and the Greater London Area. I mentor learners at Levels 2-4 in Hospitality and Levels 3 & 5 in Team Leadership and Operations Management. My responsibilities encompass the creation and management of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), scheduling training sessions, conducting assessments, and invigilating exams. Additionally, I provide tutoring in Functional Skills, including literacy, numeracy, and IT, and offer continuous learning support to assist learners in overcoming challenges. My values reflect a strong and positive belief in what apprenticeships and training can achieve. I\'m committed to helping individuals build their skills, supporting businesses to become more efficient, and contributing to a thriving economy. People are at the core of everything I do, and I take great pride in helping them grow into the best versions of themselves. What I do truly matters. Every day, I work to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, driven by the belief that everyone deserves to be valued and supported. My experience and understanding of the sectors I serve guide me in striving for a better future. Through collaboration and teamwork, I help make extraordinary things happen—because when we succeed together, everyone wins.
