We couldn\'t ignore the challenges we had seen firsthand in my family\'s QSR franchise for decades. We had mountains of data but struggled to actually use it to improve our business. Most days, critical decisions came down to gut feelings rather than insights.That\'s why we built Clave – to solve the disconnect between all those boring, confusing numbers restaurants collect and the clear actions operators need. Our platform turns restaurant data into simple, actionable steps that managers can implement immediately to boost performance.We\'re on a mission to help franchisees stop drowning in dashboards and start making data-driven decisions that actually improve their bottom line.
