With over twelve years of experience in the automation sector, I am a passionate and driven Principal Solutions Architect at Verizon, where I work with Robotics Business Technology to create integrated solutions that leverage Verizon\'s 5G and MEC capabilities for enterprise customers. My mission is to help customers efficiently deploy, manage and scale ground robotics fleets in various industry sectors, such as distribution and fulfillment, food and beverage, apparel, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, mining and foundry, cold storage and automotive.I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, sales and automation, and I have completed multiple certifications from reputable organizations, such as Hytrol and TGW. I have extensive knowledge of the complete sales cycle, from initial design iteration to negotiation to commissioning and handover. I also have elevated communication skills for seamless transition of appropriate information between internal and external groups, from technical to non-technical persons. I am always self-educating on the latest and most effective technologies (hardware and software) within the automation sector, and I use incubed IT\'s software platform to provide autonomous navigation tools for mixed fleets of robots in industrial settings. I design and deliver targeted solutions that meet customer needs and expectations, and I provide ongoing technical, advisory, consultative and project management support to customers and stakeholders.
