In this capacity, I\'ve been responsible for P&L operations, key customer relationships, and driving operational and process improvements that have led to an average annual revenue growth of 7-10%.From my earliest days as a commissioned reserve officer in law enforcement, I realized that security is not just a job; it\'s a mission. I\'ve served in various roles, including Director of Security, Security Technology Program and Project Manager, and internal Security Consultant, always with a focus on compliance, risk reduction, and safety enhancement. My experience includes overseeing security operations from small sites to massive operational facilities with thousands of employees directing investigations, and leading security teams globally.Throughout my career, I\'ve had the privilege of leading teams, setting budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. I\'ve also established and nurtured relationships with national account managers from various security-related companies, leveraging these connections to negotiate national agreements that emphasize cost-benefit analysis, equipment standardization, cutting-edge technology, and confidentiality.My dedication isn\'t confined to office hours.
