Previous clients have acknowledged our seamless working arrangements, allowing us to provide the combined experience of two solicitors for the price of one.I have particular experience in advising employers on the challenging HR issues they face day to day, from avoiding discrimination in the recruitment process to family friendly rights and disciplinary and grievance procedures. I work together with clients to find practical solutions which meet their commercial needs whilst managing the legal risks they face. I also help organisations manage strategic changes such as business reorganisations and redundancies, ensuring clients understand the legal requirements and risks and have appropriate contractual protection in place. I also provide advice on GDPR compliance. I also have experience in bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal and supporting clients through the Employment Tribunal process.I have particular experience in business immigration, including advising on right to work checks and the obligations on employers as sponsors under the Immigration Rules.I also have experience in assisting clients with personal applications such as applying for a visa to join family in the UK, finance visas, settling in the UK and applying for British citizenship.
