Responsible for managing projects (Protein powders, Pills, Tablets, RTDs) with various co-mans for domestic market US/CAN and International markets such as Australia, Europe, India, Malaysia, Korea, Saudi Arabia-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilized data-driven decision-making to drive operational improvements-Analyze production workflows and implemented Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement strategies, increasing efficiency by 10%-Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, and company quality standards, maintaining top-tier food safety and regulatory adherence- Actualize product concepts through costing, benchtop flavor/technical development for nutrition and diet products generating and presenting Product Development Briefs- Work with cross functional teams including QA, RA, Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Packaging teams in finalizing Briefs, Formulas, specifications, product labels, claim development & substantiation-Lead communication with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers through Weekly Project update meetings-Technical responsibilities include conducting Large-scale sensory runs for new product launches, reviewing PLA evidence/safety summary reports, stability monitoring for new innovations, reviewing final product labels for sign off among others.
