Worked as Officer in Procurement (Accounts Payable) team. The part of procurement activities transition to offshore. Creating PO’s on time, based on the requirements with other departments. Handling the additional activities tracking orders, resolving issues andconcerning of price disputes. Working as a Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Invoice processing team (Accounts Payable). Handling the invoices for challenging countries like Czech, Slovakia, Spain and UK. The Czech, Slovakia and Spain invoices will be in their regional languages and I took the challenge to learn quickly and delivered the accurate posting on SAP. Part of analysing thousands of invoices to make sure they are accurate. In the absence of team lead, I took the responsibility to handle the team and clear the task. Being part of client calls and handling all escalated mails from external and internal teams.
