Automation: responsible for the running of Revvity Preclinical Services\' high-throughput automated 2D & 3D arrayed cell panel screening platform on Revvity OncoSignature and custom cancer cell lines. Use of LIMS and troubleshooting automated liquid handler robotics.Compound Management: preparation of small molecule and biologics (including ADCs) ahead of single agent & combination compound screening and cell-based assays, as well as training junior scientists.Completion of cell line QC: interpreting control compound dose responses to infer cell health on a rotating panel of Revvity\'s cell lines.Operational Project Lead: overseeing high-throughput compound screening of commercial client-determined 2D & 3D spheroid cancer cell panels, completing data analysis, reporting to key stakeholders in customer-facing role.Cell culture: maintaining adherent & suspension cancer cell lines within Revvity’s OncoSignature panel.Lab Captain: manage lab cleaning, stock management, responsible for 5S and kaizen continuous improvement initiatives within the lab. Working knowledge of wider Revvity Preclinical Services offerings, including Functional Genomics/CRISPR screens, Cell Line Engineering and Base Editing, with an active interest in learning these processes.Working flexibly in fast-paced dynamic environment, managing multiple projects, prioritising and managing time. Working to KPIs & reducing turn-around times and hands-on time. Use of electronic lab book and SOP editing.
