As a delivery manager I have a proven track record of delivering effective and client-focused solutions across the whole project life cycle. My experience to date has been predominantly in the public sector, but I am always eager to learn and adapt to new domains and challenges.Within my teams I am often known as the cheerleader. I believe that that we should all be striving to make the work day as enjoyable as we can for our teams. Ensuring that we are celebrating the wins so when it comes to crunch time we have resilient teams that can work together to solve any problem.I initially came into the tech world through a software development graduate scheme. This has allowed me to create my own style in the delivery space focusing on understanding the technical foundations of products as well as championing a user-focused mindset. Or simply put, I am able to translate the tech talk into simple concepts that any stakeholder can understand.
