As a Health Psychologist I work with clients presenting with health-related difficulties, e.g. chronic illness and chronic pain, weight management, managing medication/diagnosis (e.g stroke) and challenging health anxieties, behaviours, and beliefs.I am an integrative pratitioner and skilled in:Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and also am ADOS-2 trained.I also work as a Health Psychology practice supervisor, a research supervisor, and a lecturer.
