About Tabita Aguilar
Offering others opportunities in the same way I was first given an opportunity! My career journey first begin as a manager within a local pizza shop. At the time, I decided to take a leap of faith from where I was and into a new realm in which I was not familiar to but was eager to learn and grow. I started my experience within HR as a generalist quickly understanding the industry and our people. It was a great start to my career, but I had my passions set on where my \'talents\' could shine - no other than our own Talent Acquisition Department. Once again, I was set on learning by experience and by developing my skillsets on my own accords which led me to have the courage to step into a leadership role as a Talent Acquisition Manager where I lead a team of 13 wonderful recruiters.
