My first stint was as an Assistant Manager at TCIL, where I led large-scale government tech projects — from deploying VSAT installations across India to managing a high-impact data center initiative. These experiences sharpened my project execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Yet, I was drawn to the human side of business — the levers that drive workforce motivation, performance, and growth. This passion took me to XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier B-schools, where I specialized in Human Resource Management.Currently, I work at Deloitte India as an HR Consultant in the Technology and Transformation practice. My core expertise lies in HR Strategy, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Design, HR Policy, Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, HR Analytics, Performance Management and Incentive Design.
