Assists the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employment with evaluating new and existing programs to develop an effective pipeline of experienced and entry level candidates to anticipate future hiring needs. Works with hiring managers to identify departmental skill gaps and opportunities to create entry level and experienced employment opportunities. Identifies possible internship, cooperative education, or other training programs to assist in early talent identification. Assists in identifying and/or creating mechanisms to retain employees on-boarded through these programs.
