As a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator, I have over 8 years of experience in leading and supporting the development of young children. I hold a level 3 in Early Years Education and have attended vast CPD trainings and courses to further develop my expertise.In my current role as a room leader at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries Ltd, I lead a team of six staff members in the baby room, ensuring the care and development of babies aged 3 months to 2 years.
