My 13-year journey at Chestnut Hill has been defined by a simple principle: bloom where you are planted. I began my career at the front desk, grateful for the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our community. Over the next decade, that initial role evolved into a 360-degree tour of our organization. I am incredibly humbled to have grown through the precision of Accounts Receivable, the fast-paced coordination of Operations and Logistics, and the strategic world of Sales Management.Each transition was a gift that taught me something new:* Finance taught me the importance of fiscal integrity and attention to detail.* Operations & Logistics showed me how to turn a vision into a reality on the ground.* Sales taught me how to listen to our clients\' needs and build lasting partnerships.Today, I am honored and excited to serve as the Director of Program Sales.Stepping into this leadership role feels like a full circle moment. I am energized by the challenge of driving growth while remaining deeply connected to the operational \'heart\' of the company I’ve called home for 13 years. My goal is to lead with the same spirit of service I had on day one, combined with the strategic experience I’ve gained along the way.I am forever grateful to the mentors and teammates at Chestnut Hill who have invested in my growth and trusted me with this next chapter.
