I lead Central Game Solutions at Tripledot, a multi-disciplinary organization supporting multiple studios.In 2024, I stepped into an early Direct-to-Consumer initiative and led the creation of the operating foundation from the ground up, establishing industry partnerships, defining cross-functional frameworks, and aligning product, engineering, finance, legal, operations, and studio leadership around a new channel. Scaling DTC within a live, multi-studio portfolio requires navigating platform policy shifts, regulatory dynamics, technical integration constraints, and internal alignment. The capability continues to expand across the portfolio as we refine the model, scale adoption, and grow net revenue.Throughout my career, I have led and developed large, multi-layered teams through acquisitions, strategic shifts, and portfolio expansion. My work centers on building clear operating structures while investing in leadership depth, accountability, and long-term capability across the organization.I tend to step into underdeveloped areas and build both the operating foundations and the team development strength required for teams to scale through change.
