Deliver assistance in leading the continued development of a general management plan that held staff accountable to key goals, including budget. Manage a wide spectrum of administrative matters, such as office supplies, procurement management, and calendar management focusing on the proper allocation of executive availability consolidating entire facility management, cost control, vendor billing & documentation for efficient functioning mechanisms. Execute complex tasks by effectively handling capital project management, construction and facility supervision principles and practices. Work on the company software for quotations forwards & approvals, AMC renewals of plant & machinery, and and PO generation while directing the legal department as MCD, Police, Labor, Pollution etc.Furthermore, I administer the stakeholder management by vendor performance assessment while verifying compliance (legal, EHS, GMP, etc.).
