Employee Leave Administration • Manage and administer employee leaves across the US, Canada, and Europe, focusing primarily on US leaves including FMLA, STD, LTD, parental, and various state/local leaves (CA, CT, MA). • Ensure legal compliance through collaboration with employment counsel, while delivering an exceptional employee experience aligned with Forrester’s EX commitment. • Develop and maintain compliant leave administration processes within HRIS, coordinating with the employee experience resource center and payroll operations. • Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on leaves and workplace accommodations, following referrals from the employee experience center. • Process leaves and returns in HRIS, liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies, and maintain accurate leave records. • Manage workplace accommodations and ADA policy with employment counsel, HR business partners, and business leadership. • Partner internally to align leaves and accommodations with other benefits, policies, and variable compensation programs.Global Mobility Program Administration • Oversee US and Canada immigration programs with external counsel and internal teams; coordinate visa renewals, amendments, and PERM recruitment. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support new hires requiring US work authorization. • Provide updates and guidance on immigration law changes to stakeholders. • Lead I-9 process management, including coordination of reverifications and maintenance of compliance documentation. • Serve as US mobility lead for international relocations—manage approval, cost estimation, and relocation documentation. • Collaborate with APAC and EMEA mobility leads to align practices and improve employee experience globally. • Guide employees through business travel visa requirements and provide necessary documentation.
