I’ve spent over a decade leading mission-driven programs that support individuals and families navigating cancer and other life-altering challenges. As Manager of Programs at The Joy Bus, I oversee community wellness initiatives that bring nourishment, connection, and dignity to those in need. My work combines strategic planning with hands-on service, ensuring each program is as impactful as it is personal.With a background in education and human development, I build programs that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in empathy. My approach blends strategic program design with deeply personal connection, ensuring every service feels human, not transactional. I’ve trained and supported volunteers, managed cross-sector partnerships, and expanded services during times of crisis without compromising the quality of care.What fuels me is seeing lives change through small, intentional acts. Whether it’s a warm meal, a listening ear, or a safe space to heal, I believe in showing up with heart and purpose. I’m always looking to collaborate with others who are committed to service, equity, and building programs that leave a lasting impact.
