Promote a culture of safety and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimal disruption.7.Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Track KPIs like cycle time, yield, OEE, rejection rate, and line efficiency.
