I am a highly motivated auto adjuster and car guy who loves helping claimants resolve their claims quickly and efficiently. I was a truck mechanic in the Army and have managed an auto parts store too. I work in very busy call centers investigating and resolving liability, making first call settlements for minor injuries and helping with repairs or settling total loss claims. I understand and counsel claimants on their policy provisions and options. I remain calm as we discuss all aspects of a claim. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and discussing cars.
