ABOUT T. MATTHEW WOLFE
As a military veteran and former intelligence analyst, I bring discipline, precision, and mission-first focus to every matter I handle. My career has taken me from Guantanamo Bay to Washington, D.C, and overseas assignments in Kuwait—experiences that shaped my ability to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and lead decisively when the stakes are high. After earning my Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation, I returned to Idaho to focus my practice on estate planning and probate. Today, I help families bring order to complexity—protecting their people, preserving their wealth, and keeping control where it belongs: at home, not in a courtroom or a government office. I thrive both in the courtroom and at the planning table, advocating confidently for clients and turning complicated legal concepts into clear, actionable strategies.I am known for my ability to command a room, whether presenting complex topics to large audiences or stepping into leadership roles alongside my peers. That skill has led to repeated elections to leadership positions, including five years as Chair of the Idaho Military Legal Alliance, and continues to shape my work as a trusted advisor, speaker, and advocate.Outside the office, I’m a devoted husband and father of three, an unapologetic waffle-iron collector, and the occasional driver of a white minivan with flames on the side. If I’m not helping families plan for the future, you’ll likely find me at a BMX track with my kids, chasing a reading goal, or explaining—once again—why basketball coaching was never my strongest suit.
