I joined on organization on 05••••11 as an officer. Beginning of my assignment, I worked.in corporate office for two years taking care of field force employees. Later, I took responsibility of plant hr and worked in two plants in our group prior of settling in present plant.I have experience of working in corporate office and plants. My exposure is mainly concentrated on administrative facilities to employees, addressing grievances, recruitment, joining, contract labour management, transportation facility, security and establishment of hr systems especially cGMP documents during initial phase. I worked in brown field and green field projects and handled critical tasks of creating facilities for employees. I have eagerness to learn new assignmenta in field of human resources which can enhance employees satisfaction and also organization productivity for achieving vision.I strongly believe learning is a way to take person on path of success and glory.
