I am a convener. I have 20 years of experience working with local governments, universities, non-profit organizations, and other entities with different histories, cultures, priorities, and resources. I value listening, balancing divergent viewpoints, and honestly communicating to all partners. Some examples of my professional accomplishments include finding common ground between governments to create a multi-city solid waste and recycling consortium, identifying the need for a local government specific leadership training program- which became the Center for Local Government Leadership Academy, and engaging a variety of political and other stakeholders to create the City of Cincinnati LEED Tax Abatement.
