As a Telugu Promo Producer at KuKu FM, you will be responsible for creating engaging, emotionally gripping promotional content for audio series, audiobooks, and fictional content. Your job is to write compelling promos that hook the audience, guide the voice-over process, and oversee production until the final output. Key Responsibilities:Promo Writing:Write short (1–2min) and long (3–5 min) promos in Telugu.Identify the emotional or conflict high point in the episodes and build a strong promo around it.Write strong opening lines, engaging story flow, and impactful endings with curiosity and drama.Coordination with Writers & VO Artists:Read the episode scripts, find key moments, and conceptualize promos based on them.Give proper direction to voice artists and supervise voice-over recordings.Audio Production Supervision:Choose background scores (BGM) and sound effects that enhance the story.Review the final mix to ensure the promo meets audio quality standards.Marketing Alignment:Work closely with the marketing team to create performance-driven promos aimed at improving click-through and retention rates.Contribute to banner texts, thumbnails, and other creative ideas.🧠 Skills Required:Excellent command of Telugu (spoken, emotional, and cinematic writing)Strong storytelling senseAbility to pick up emotional or high-conflict moments from episodesExperience with Pocket FM / KuKu FM / Radio-based content is a plusAbility to work under tight deadlines and deliver fastBasic knowledge of audio production is helpful (but not mandatory) Performance Metrics (KPIs):Promo click-through rate (CTR)Listener retention in promosNumber of successfully “cracked” promos (approved and used)Conversion rate from promo to episode listensListener feedback/comments
