Throughout my legal career, I have defended a wide variety of clients and industries, but I frequently represent clients in the following industries: Nursing Homes Trucking and Transportation Staffing and Employment Agencies Manufacturers RetailersAdditionally, I have extensive experience in handling a diverse array of workplace injury claims. Some of these claims include: Complex Physical Injuries Paraplegia Brain Injury Occupational ExposureI also lead GWB’s Medicare Set-Aside team and offer extensive experience in working with MSA providers to resolve complex workers’ compensation matters.
