I’m a product designer with 10 years of experience designing systems used by creators, merchants, consumers, and the teams that support them. I simplify decision-heavy workflows into clear end-to-end experiences, so complex work feels consistent and users can move through it with confidence. Grounded in behaviour-led design and data - I use shadowing, usability testing, and user data, combined with service design and strong product thinking to map end-to-end workflows and turn ambiguity into clear, buildable ecosystems. The result is clear interaction frameworks and scalable patterns that hold across markets, devices, and regulatory constraints.I’ve led platform design at Amazon, SumUp, Spotify, and BBFC - designing navigation, workflow, and decision systems across commerce, payment, and content integrity.
