I am part of Amazon Logistic (AMZL) Design & Construction team responsible for project managing new building planning, design and pre-construction process. This includes enhancements of existing facility buildings (refurbs) and developments any new sites (BTS). I play an integral role in the development and implementation of the AMZL EU facility network infrastructure focusing primarily on Last-Mile Delivery Stations.\\\\n\\\\nMy daily duties oscillate around construction engineering, planning, project management and contract management activities which include:\\\\n- obtaining and documenting all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management\\\\n- coordination and communication with the city and building authorities related to permitting processes\\\\n- providing coordination of all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type – including but not limited to internal composite coordination, site-specific information including site surveys, existing drawings and site visits, transportation and traffic control, internal BRS requirements, and specific LOB requirements/standards\\\\n- coordinating initial architectural design and permit submittals as required\\\\n- developing and providing supporting documents for lease execution\\\\n- developing of initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary\\\\n- creating construction estimates for capital requests, and other planning efforts\\\\n- managing due diligence, utility and other coordination efforts prior to pre-construction to construction hand-off\\\\n- providing complete and accurate documentation for pre-construction to construction handoff. Including but not limited to contacts, drawings, permit status, lease language & exhibits, capital request breakdown, any LL contributions or reimbursements, and any other work product that has been completed by AMZL Pre-Construction team\\\\n- maintaining a repository for all pre-construction work products by the site.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
