We are part of the Tax Technology & Innovation team, responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for a wide range of UK, Swiss, and global tax products.As a (Product) Manager, I play a key role in leading the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of corporate software used by thousands of professionals across the UK and close member firms. I focus on solving complex tax and finance-related challenges by harnessing KPMG’s domain expertise, advanced technology, and structured product thinking.I lead multiple products simultaneously within a department of 300+ employees and over 15 agile development teams, operating under the SAFe Agile framework. My responsibilities include shaping product strategy, prioritising roadmaps, managing delivery across teams, and ensuring business alignment.Key responsibilities and achievements include:Driving product development across highly interconnected systems, with a focus on turning raw data—sourced from both internal systems and external data providers—into actionable business insights through managed data processing pipelines.Overseeing stakeholder engagement across multiple parallel projects, ensuring transparent communication and effective prioritisation in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.Leading cross-functional delivery teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases.Contributing to talent acquisition and team growth by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.Applying strategic thinking, cost-benefit analysis, and user feedback to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.I currently lead the product development of a scalable platform that automates certain advisory processes using AI workflows. This work involves deep engagement with data governance, UX design, technical architecture, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring continuous iteration based on real-world usage and business needs.
