ABOUT SZILVIA WOLF

Every day, we face new challenges, acquire new learnings and find new mountains to climb. We are surrounded by change, and we all have to navigate it somehow. I find it exciting and empowering that through my daily work at EY, I can help and guide companies through the changes they face and together we can achieve lasting success.Previously, I have worked at GE for 18+ years, in a wide variety of roles, spanning from Finance and Internal Auditing to Program and Change Management, Governance and Business Transformation across various industries (Industrial, Capital, BPO and Corporate). My ability to see through complex problems and challenges, effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders, effortlessly embrace change and resolve ambiguity which has been shown in the results I have delivered in these roles. I have experience of leading and developing high performing teams to meet and exceed company expectations.Additionally, beside daily work life, over the years I have developed a passion for change management, transformation and ESG, stemming from my insatiable desire to drive meaningful and lasting change, and transform the way companies work in a more sustainable and effective way while creating positive value for all stakeholders. I truly believe we all have a social responsibility to endeavour to limit and reduce the impact of climate change for our and future generations. In my free time I enjoy reading, learning about what is happening in the world, exercising, traveling, and spending time with my family.
