Support managers to develop Directorate/Team development plans, to increase performance, address issues, identify knowledge gaps, and advise on appropriate interventions• Manage and support the recruitment, branding and retention strategies, whilst achieving the organisation`s EDI aims, value for money and living organisational values• Review and update People & Culture policies to meet legal compliance and best practice• Projects: development and implementation of skill booster sessions, establishing Graduate Induction Programme, re-design recruitment workflows and digital onboarding, launching WISH membership, launching Employee Appreciation Day
