Quality Assurance, Standards and procedures.2. Architectural design concepts into construction documents.3. Primary responsibility for coordinating consultant and deliverables.4. Prepare and monitor the project design schedule and estimated construction budgets.5. Keep the team fully apprised of developments which may affect the design schedule, design or construction budget.6. Attend project meetings.7. Communicate with the client, General Contractor and consultants on project related issues.8. Project coordination duties: project code analysis, programming, site analysis, scheduling, and establishing objectives; coordinate activities of all professional disciplines assigned to the project; assist in the identification of the client’s expectations for quality, price and schedule.9. Preparation of contract documents including all drawings, specifications, and reports.10. Maintain the information flow to the Job Captain; assure that contract documents accurately reflect the contract scope and design intent; review contract documents to ensure accuracy; coordinate building code review with agencies; conducts reviews with the client and permitting.11. Construction administration duties: lead project team meetings; attend construction meetings with the project manager and the client; provide on-site observations during construction to ensure design intent, quality, and client’s expectations are met; monitor proposed changes and coordinate with the project director, project manager, and the client; assist project manager in punch-out establishing substantial completion; assure completion and distribution of owners’ manual and record drawings.12. Cost control information to the project manager: budgets and expenditures for each project as assigned; communicate issues to the appropriate individuals.13. Design schedule, and produce work efficiently within the design fee.14. Function as supervisor or mentor to candidates.
