   Front line support for internal employees for all technical issues for our Raleigh and Austin offices, as well as our remote users in the US (and internationally when employees travel) • Maintain and support user accounts and applications through SolarWinds, Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory. • Taking lead in onboarding new employees, welcoming them to the company and ensuring that during our session all technological needs are met, as well as sending them the requested equipment needed to efficiently work. • Work closely with the SecOps department, production, support, implementation, infrastructure and the devops team to ensure projects are within compliance across the board. • Projects: o Creating PowerShell scripts to upgrade software from SCCM o In charge of the end-of-life project to ensure that system hardware and software are up to date to improve performance and meet security compliance. o Keeping track of inventory for company (about 600 employees and growing). o Creating an MDT to better help automate our image deployments (in progress). o Create Service Desk SharePoint Site for our internal users to use for a better and quicker self-service with issues that they come across.
