ABOUT YASMIN RAHMAN
Passionate and driven first year student studying Economics and politics at the University of Southampton, where I have developed a keen interest in the intersection of politics, business, and finance. My core competencies include communication, organisation, and teamwork, which I have honed through my academic and professional experiences.Having work experience from numerous fields such as finance, law, education and social awareness, I am hoping to get into tax accounting. Since 2019 I have been working as an English tutor at Kumon UK, I have supported children of different ages and abilities to improve their reading, writing, and comprehension skills. I have also communicated effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the children\'s progress and satisfaction. Through these roles, I have demonstrated my passion for social impact, education, and diversity. I am eager to learn from and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team that shares these values and goals.
