About Symonty
My leadership and management in architecting communications and OTT platforms has been pivotal in shaping the future of avionics and digital video broadcasting to mulitple groups over the last 20 years. With a career foundation in systems engineering and software design, the last several years have been dedicated to enhancing live video, mobile, and OTT experiences, ensuring our technology stack remains at the forefront of industry standards.Collaborating across organizational boundaries, my role extends to improving environment stability and driving development excellence. As a proponent of agile methodologies and test-driven development, I take pride in fostering a culture that values innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to our group\'s reputation as a trailblazer in the OTT space.This was after my pioneering work in avionics and off aircraft communications, founding Tenzing Communications and spearheading extensive changes in both non terrestrial internet delivery and later in cabin experiences. Worlds first and patents in inflight email and messaging, first android based entertainment systems for aircraft development for Thales Avionics, first cloud based data management systems for airlines.
