What I\'d love to reinvent next is leveraging AI and data analytics to personalize learning journeys and optimize skill development for every employee.Main responsibilities include: · Working with teams within the firm to develop the brief for sessions; Involved in content design using design thinking methodologies· Advising and assisting in using collaborative & creative tools for virtual sessions · Supporting in co-ordination and hosting of sessions (virtual/onsite)· Preparing event feedback mechanism, evaluating results · Working with senior executives to advise, understand and create session strategy and protocol· Developing relationships with stakeholders to ensure the best price for all aspects of event production
