Manages day to day operations, selection and purchasing of product, ensures the integrity of the Lexmark brand, merchandising, delivery, analyzing customer spend, managing stock levels, budgeting, sourcing and building relationships with new suppliers. Development of online catalog and fulfillment. Oversees the planning and execution of logistics for employee / family special events, sport leagues and fitness classes. Schedules events which may require acquisition of facilities, travel arrangements, program talent, etc. Responsible for day to day Lexmark Club functions. Maintains event calendars; develops and/or maintains communications with employees and retirees to promote Club and its offerings. Manages the Lexmark Park and those associated activities therein. Works with facilities maintenance in the repair of building and equipment related to the park facilities.
