Our gatherings are perfectly designed for this, with longer durations and structured community design that foster deep connection and partnership between attendees.Core Responsibilities:Financial Operations (35%)- Lead monthly financial closes- Create comprehensive budgets for each popup village- Process weekly payment batches- Monitor cash flow across legal entities- Track grant spending and impact metrics- Set up international banking relationships, tax requirements & compliance- Payroll- A/R&A/PEvent Operations (25%)- Event budgets & tracking- Coordinate venue contracts & relationships- With Production team, secure accommodation for 200-300 people per village- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for speakers & team members- Support local partnership developmentSystems & HR Management (25%)- Manage core operations stack- Build and maintain documentation library & templates- Create, send & track employment and consulting agreements- Manage employee onboarding & off-boarding- Coordinate with external HR/payroll/benefits vendors- Lead agenda prep for weekly team meetings & track action items- Build & maintain operational dashboards and systemsLegal & Compliance (15%)- Manage state filing requirements, annual reports- Coordinate event insurance renewals / quotes- Manage trademark & entity structure maintenance- Maintain compliance requirements across jurisdictions- Track & manage key regulatory deadlines- Support policy development & implementation
