With 20 years of operational, finance, financial planning, strategic planning, and investment analysis in the hospitality and gaming industry my background encompasses: Multi-‐brand experience: Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental, Ian Schrager, PUBLIC, One and Only, Atlantis. Unique perspective of having hands-‐on operational experience, multi-‐unit regional experience and corporate planning. Broad hospitality experience in lodging (resort, convention, luxury, boutique), timeshare, condo hotel, residential real estate, gaming (domestic and international), marine and water park attractions, multi-‐ branded food and beverage, golf and marinas. Key contributor supporting growth and acquisition through investment analysis and feasibility, due diligence, conversions and pre-‐opening/opening support. Experience in several key domestic markets (including New York, Chicago, LA and Miami) and multiple international locations (including UK, Caribbean, Mexico and South America). In 2009, I began a consulting career by assisting in the debt restructuring and long-range planning at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida.
