In 2019, I was recognized as Howard County Public School System\'s Teacher of the Year and was nominated for the Washington Post Teacher of the Year award.Whether through early literacy programming, family engagement initiatives, or other innovative approaches, I am dedicated to creating a culture of learning and discovery. In my current role as an Early Childhood Coach with Montgomery County Government, I apply my skill set through collaboration with local childcare centers and organizations. I continue to provide high-quality educational opportunities for all children, regardless of their background or circumstances, and give educators and families the tools and support needed to succeed.
