As the HRIS and Process Advisor my primarily responsible are maintaining the data integrity of HRIS. Ensuring the data integrity and maintenance of employee information in SAP HR and SuccessFactors - Employee Central, Recruiting, performance, onboarding and offboarding all US-based employees, while also having involvement in implementation and configurations, including integrations, maintaining the system, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, training functional and end users, analyzing and reporting on the data in the HR technology platforms. Playing a key role in the organization by ensuring the efficient operation of the HR technology applications and collaborating with all areas of Human Resources (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, reporting and Payroll/Benefits) to analyze and document current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve the efficiency of the HR practices within the systems. Partnering with the IT department and HR SAP and SuccessFactors users in the United States along with the Corporate HRMS team in Calgary, Alberta.
