Ms. Arostegui is known to her clients as the \"Closer.\" Her representation of developers and investors extends to the acquisition, disposition, receivership sales, leasing, development, and construction of projects. Ms. Arostegui\'s experience also encompasses representing landlords and tenants in all types of leasing, including ground leases, office leases, and retail leases, and lease related documentation such as estoppel certificates, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, and lease analysis in connection with acquisitions by investors. Finally, Ms. Arostegui represents investors and land owners with easement agreements, access agreements, vendor contracts, and construction contracts.\\\\n\\\\nFinancial Services\\\\nMs. Arostegui represent clients in all aspects of financial and lending transactions, and negotiation of related business contracts. She advises borrowers and lenders in all aspects of construction financing, asset-based financing, seller financing, mezzanine financing, multifamily Fannie Mae financing, defeasances of loans, and forbearances. Ms. Arostegui also advises clients in various business transactions, including negotiation of fiduciary obligations on behalf of financial institutions, business entity formations, asset purchase agreements, vendor contracts, partnership dispute negotiations, corporate governance, and related contracts.
