Sample processing and generation of phenotyping data including tissue imaging, blood and tissue functional studies and sequencing• Executing state of the art phenotyping strategies (assays, histology, RNA and protein readouts)• Analyse, review and interpret results• Assisting with setting up human liver perfusions, monitoring of livers during perfusion, problem solving and responding to poor liver function, collecting samples, and preparing samples for phenotyping (full training will be provided)• Actively collaborate and communicate with other members of Ochre Bio across all three sites (US, UK & Taiwan)• Record experiments to maintain full traceability of all reagents and samples• Compile data decks on experiments, present data and conclusions to wider teams
