I am a Corporate Executive who works with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee to plan and support all aspects of the departmental operations, policies, objectives and initiatives as they relate to the needs of the Firm. Overall management responsibilities entail providing leadership and direction to the Firm’s administration and department managers, technology, human resources/benefits, marketing/recruiting and office services. I am also responsible for recruiting, screening and validating all professional and administrative candidates. Member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and an active member of the Firm’s other management and administrative committees.More than 20 years of executive management experience holding positions of Operations Management, Controller & Human Resources Manager and combinations thereof with a Top 10 Regional CPA firm in the Los Angeles area prior to joining GYL LLP. This experience has provided the knowledge in the Accounting industry administration, finance, human resources, marketing, records/conflict, mergers/acquisitions, relocations, practice areas and technology.
