Welcome to my professional story! I am Sylvia Dutta, a Reputation Wizard, Relationship Collector, and Diplomatic Strategist. Over 16 transformative years in corporate communications, PR, and brand management have seen me evolve from a news anchor with Northeast TV to the Head of Corporate Communications at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.In my current role, I\'ve had the privilege of navigating popular brands like Domino’s Pizza, Dunkin\' Donuts, and Popeyes into the hearts and homes of millions across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Thriving on strategic planning, media relations, crisis communications, social media management, and online reputation management, I\'ve guided successful campaigns and initiatives including launching the Domino\'s store, the \"Flavors of East\" campaign, and the thought-provoking \"Haath Vadao Vaccine Lagao\".I am particularly proud of my contributions to Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns, such as Swachh Bharat and the adoption of the Nizamuddin Railway Station. I also spearheaded the development of a coffee table book that chronicles Domino’s 20-year journey, underscoring my holistic approach to brand enhancement and community involvement.Earlier in my career, I worked with Delhi International Airport Pvt Ltd and was honoured with the DIAL Galaxy of Stars award for launching the International Terminal T3 and contributing to the success of Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Turkey. My roots in media began with several documentaries and telefilms, laying a strong foundation for my present expertise.Beyond my professional realm, I am an accomplished practitioner of Manipuri Dance and Rabindra Sangeet, fluent in three languages, and an enthusiastic traveller. I hold a master\'s degree in mass communication from Assam University, Silchar.I am humbled and thrilled to be recognized as a global youth influencer and one of the 40 Under 40 PR Professionals in India. My journey, like a rich tapestry of diverse experiences, resonates in the roles I\'ve played – from an erstwhile news anchor to my current position at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.
