So, the more people I can help to inspire and promote prioritizing self-care in the form of proper skincare, the better.”Growing up as a child, I loved playing with my mom’s beauty products and immersing myself in publications that featured models with glowing skin. Unsurprisingly, I went to cosmetology school right after high school and launched my career at a high-profile salon. I thought I reached my dream job when I was hired as the Director of Education at a renowned skincare institution. I enjoy teaching, but I missed the client interaction and I started to develop a strong interest in acne and hyperpigmentation. I took a leap of faith and started my own business, and I haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve become a licensed advanced cosmetologist, beauty business owner, and speaker.Here’s how I can help you: Speaking: I’ve worked in nearly every role in a beauty business, from an associate in a salon to a business owner. My speaking topics include beauty entrepreneurship for women, acne skincare programs, and skincare tips and advice for Black women. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions for either 60 minutes or six hours. Depending on your needs, I’ll analyze your business and identify areas of growth including marketing, staff, and pricing.
