Provide resource materials, assist customers with resume writing, job application process, interview techniques, job search techniques, labor market analysis, self-appraisal, goal setting, and coping skills with stress related to the job search processes.Assist customers through the CalJobs Labor Market Exchange registration process. Identify and discuss all available service options, creating an employment plan to assist customers reach their goals. Participate, coordinate, and promote information sharing at job fairs between employers, job seeker and veterans.Network with prospective employers, educational facilities, local workforce partners, and community based organizations to promote employment, and training opportunities for our customers. Connect customers with technological resources dedicated to customers and veteran assistance, workshops and work groups such as \"Network Unlimited\" Group and \"Veterans Network\" Group. Submit scheduled and other reports on request including customer progress, and success stories to management.
