Responsible for West’s overall global benefits strategy, with a primary focus on U.S. benefits. Includes design, implementation, management, communication, compliance, vendor management and evaluation of health and welfare, retirement (pension and 401(k)), disability plans and voluntary benefits. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, maintaining operational excellence through process documentation, controls, and strong vendor management; partner with regional Comp & Ben to review and support Total Rewards in all countries of operations; lead program communications to provide clear messaging to employees; review benefit programs to ensure programs are market competitive, cost effective, legally compliant, and aligned with West’s Total Rewards philosophy and business needs.
