I am a hydrogeologist and Ohio VAP Certified Professional experienced in investigation and remediation of contaminated sites under state and federal programs, with a focus on brownfield redevelopment, complex industrial sites, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Corrective Action, and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) remediation. I have experience with contaminated site investigation and remediation projects in Ohio, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas.My experience includes environmental due diligence to support portfolio merger and acquisition (M&A) and real estate transactions. I have completed Phase I and Phase II due diligence projects throughout the US under ASTM E 1527 and other applicable state or federal standards, including vapor intrusion investigations for due diligence.I also have experience with groundwater and surface water modeling, litigation support, remediation construction management, water supply planning and aquifer testing, and development of environmental database management systems and geographic information system (GIS) solutions.Views expressed here are my own.
