About Sylva Leduc

I am an Executive Coach who has been the trusted thinking partner (i.e, leadership strategist) to executives and emerging leaders for more than two decades. As a former executive in an international career transition organization and later in the Change Management group in a “Big Five” Consulting firm, I\'ve coached more than two hundred executive clients from around the world. And, in addition to coaching, I was the co-founder and CEO of a start-up software company, called Client Compass. My coaching successes have been recognized twice by the ICF PRISM, a prestigious coaching award from the International Coach Federation. The PRISM Award recognizes organizations, leaders and coaches for demonstrating tangible leadership results through coaching. Other information about me:~ Co-authored \"Women\'s Work: Choice, Chance or Socialization?\" The book looked at the difference studying math and science makes in the career development for women.~ Wrote a chapter in \"Roadmap to Success\" about crafting a Leadership Roadmap.~ Graduated from the University of Calgary: Masters, Educational Psychology and a BA, Psychology.~ I\'m on the faculty of the College for Executive Coaching: teaching programs on Assessments in Coaching & Niche Marketing. Mentoring new coaches is one of my passions.~ Certified in assessments: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Platinum Rule, Lominger Voices 360, Booth 360, LPI and the Hogan.
